Departures Magazine: Jan/Feb 2012 - Dublin, Ireland

A new food & travel story in the current issue of Departures Magazine, based around two restaurants -  one rustic, one refined - that are at the forefront of a culinary revival in Dublin, Ireland.  The Winding Stair and Chapter One.  Here's a few of the shots, along with some outtakes from my travels in Ireland...
